Marc E. Taub, M.D. (Urologist), Joins Holy Cross Medical Group

Boca Raton resident will work alongside his son, Holy Cross Medical Group Chief Medical Officer David A. Taub, M.D., M.B.A.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Marc E. Taub, M.D., a diplomate of the American Board of Urology, has joined the Holy Cross Medical Group, a multi-specialty physician employed group of more than 150 physicians providing services throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Formerly in private practice in Boca Raton, where he resides, Dr. Taub was on the Board of Trustees of Boca Raton Community Hospital where he served as chief of surgery from 1985-87 and president of its medical staff from 1990-92.

In his new position, Dr. Taub will work alongside his son, Holy Cross Medical Group Chief Medical Officer David A. Taub, M.D., M.B.A.  His son joined the Holy Cross Medical Group in 2010 and specializes in the minimally invasive treatment of urologic malignancies. Dr. David Taub has significant experience performing robotic prostatectomies and utilizing the da Vinci® robotic surgical system for partial and radical nephrectomy for treating kidney cancer. Both father and son are members of the American Urological Association. Their medical practice is located in the Multi-Specialty Office on the Holy Cross Hospital campus.

Dr. Marc Taub is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as a member of the American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association and the Palm Beach Medical Society.

Following graduation from Western Reserve University in Cleveland and Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Dr. Marc Taub completed his urology residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
