Cranberries 1 cup
Blueberries 1 cup
Pineapple, diced 1 cup
Jalapeno chiles, green seeded and deveined, diced small ½
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Star fruits, ¼ inch slices 2
Fat free cream cheese 2 tablespoons
Heavy cream 1 tablespoon
Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, blueberries, pineapple, and jalapeno.
  2. Gently mix in the sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and heavy cream; mix well.
  4. Place the mixture in a piping bag with a large tip. Pipe out a large rosette in the center of each star fruit slice.
  5. Top with the fruit mixture.
