A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child at all times. An immunization record is required for free immunizations to eligible children. No sports, Head Start or child care physicals will be available. There will be free HIV Rapid Testing for students over the age of 13.

“This is a grassroots, community-based program to reach the underserved population in our community,” said Kim Saiswick, Director of Community Outreach. “There is so much for parents to do as they ready their children for back to school. We are making it easy and convenient for parents who have children entering our schools for the first time to take care of their physicals and immunizations.”
