What's your BMI?
Your Body Mass Index ("BMI") is an individual's height corrected for their
weight and used as an index of obesity. Generally your BMI is a reliable method
of determining overall weight classifications, however fit people who are
muscular and expectant mothers may be classified as overweight. A more accurate
picture of your health would also utilize a body composition calculation. This
calculator only applies to adults.
