Holy Cross Hospital wants to make sure all associates receive everything they need to lead a better, healthier life. We strive to make the hospital a home for our staff. And we go out of our way to provide all associates with rewards and programs to help them in everyday life.
As an associate at Holy Cross Hospital you receive a discounted membership to the Zachariah Family Wellness Pavilion as a benefit subsidized by Holy Cross, as well as other benefits.
The Holy Crossroads program was implemented in 2005 as a comprehensive health management program that provides a variety of flexible health and wellness options to meet the unique needs and daily routines of Holy Cross Associates. The Holy Crossroads health management program is committed to providing all associates opportunities that promote and support a healthier lifestyle in the multiple dimensions of health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental.
This is accomplished via comprehensive, high quality wellness programs designed to foster an awareness of internal and external health and wellness resources, managing increasing trends in healthcare costs and integrating the brand in all components of Holy Cross health management initiatives.
Initiatives include:
- Health Fairs
- Health Lifestyle Incentive Program for Associates enrolled in the UnitedHealthcare plan including the online Health Risk Assessment
- Lunch-and-learns throughout the year
