Rudy Molinet and his team provide executive coaching, business consulting, and strategic planning services specializing in healthcare organizations.

An adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University Executive Education, Rudy also teaches leadership and healthcare strategic planning and marketing to Executive MBA and Executive MHA students. He also provides executive coaching services to staff and graduate students and develops innovative programs to improve the student experience.

Rudy earned his MPH-Health Administration from Columbia University, New York, New York, and his BSN-Nursing from Hunter College-Bellevue School of Nursing, New York, New York.

A former executive vice president, Sales & Marketing for CVS Specialty/Stadtlanders Pharmacy, he  led a sales and marketing team for a $500 million company. He has held varied, progressive leadership positions at the Director and VP level for a total of 37 years of experience in healthcare leadership. 

Rudy currently serves on the City of Wilton Manors, Planning & Zoning Board, and as Vice Chair of Three Bridges Neighborhood Association, where he also serves as Vice President and Founding Board Member.

His past community involvement includes Rotary Club of Key West;  President and Board Member, Key West Historic Architectural Review Commission; past Chair, Health Crisis Network, Miami, FL; President of the Board, Equality Florida; Key West steering committee; Just 4Kids Board of Directors; SAVE (Safeguarding American Values for Everyone), founding board member.

In addition, Rudy has been a member of the National Association of Realtors and the American College of Healthcare Executives- South Florida Chapter, and he is a Leadership Miami alum. He has volunteered as a Eucharistic Minister and with the AV Ministry, as well as the Food-sharing Ministry at Sunshine Cathedral Metropolitan Community Church. He enjoys participating in neighborhood clean- ups and quality-of-life projects in Wilton Manors.

Rudy is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and chairs the Executive Committee of the Holy Cross Health Board.
